Has anyone been checked for dilation yet?

At 35wks I was completely closed but a little soft was told. At my 36wk appointment I was 2cm dilated and 70% effaced...just wanted to see if any other mamas are getting checked and excited for November soon!!

I was checked at 36 weeks exactly and cervix is still closed.

I don't remember ever getting checked with my first baby. This time around though,  I hope they do, cause my body tells me my little boy might come sooner... I can feel it

I just went in for my 36 week appointment and they didn’t check my cervic. I asked about it since they were testing for strep B but the doctor said unless I’ve been having brixton Hicks or contractions there is no point in checking. That they will start checking bag 39 weeks

My doctor won’t check me till 38 weeks and I’m getting induced at 39.. I suppose I could ask, but they are pretty stuck on that

36 week appointment I was still dialated to a 1 with a soft cervix. No change from week 35

🙋🏻‍♀️ at my appt on Thursday at 36w4d I was 1cm dilated but my cervix was still long & hard. 😒 I go back Friday & I've been having a lot of cramping & BH contractions so I hope that's progressed me some. 🤞🏻

Had mine checked at 36 and a half weeks. Still closed and hard I was told but baby very low down.
