Is this normal? I have had my mirena iud for a month....

Yes this is super normal. I’ve had mine for a year now and every once in a while I’ll get the same thing. It’s nothing to worry about. My doc told me only to worry if you’re seeing/feeling anything extreme. It’s normal to get spotting/bleeding, cramps, etc.
