pain after baby dance

Stephani • Marrying my high school sweetie. We have been ttc since March of this year. I`m now an Angel Mommy (09/2015)
my so and I just did the baby dance and at one point while I was on bottom, he went to deep. now I'm having cramps, any idea why! please help, I'm hurting on a level 7.
