What is an upside down cross?

Ok so last night I was on facetime with my boyfriend and he was showing me his cats and I looked at his front door and I saw and upside down cross. It literally frightened me so much my facial expression changed😂😂 can someone tell me what it means or if it’s simply meaningless

Inverted crosses are typically associated with the anti-Christ lol. It could also mean nothing, it's really how he sees it. Also... how do you not know what it means??

It’s been used as the sign of the devil, and sign of the anti Christ. As others said, he might have it up as a Halloween thing. In some posession movies crosses on the wall flip upside down. Just ask.

Upside down cross is also a very common “design” now. A lot of people have it as tattoos cause they think it looks cool. It might not mean anything to him
