100+ days no cycle

After over 100 days without even a trace of a cycle I decided to start taking vitex. I've taken it twice. I started my flow today. It's come with a wild range of emotion. All of it overwhelming and unprovoked. I guess the question of weather vitex works has been answered for me. The question that now remains is will it aid in the support of maintaining enough hormone levels to regulate my cycle.
