Running/ steps/ exercising
Okay so I’m a stay at home mom I’ve been trying my best to eat healthier to lose weight ( which I am ) but I wanna exercise as well . It’s hard to go to the local gym with two toddlers . But I have steps in my apartment I have 13 to be exact and was wondering if I run up and down them ( jogging or walking ) can that be apart of a workout ??
