Ugh I feel ya.  I’m really struggling.  I’m almost 9 weeks and have been feeling awful since week 5.5.      I switched prenatals 3x.   It actually doesn’t seem to be the issue.    I do the frequent eating, liquids-Vernon’s and lemonade help and unisom and b6.  I wear sea band bracelets.  I swear nothing completely helps.  I’m desperate!  I really really pray it starts to diminish and stop for sure by second trimester!   I have noticed more flem than usual and can create nausea-so kinda gross but spitting is better than swallowing.  Keep me posted! Curious!!

I was the same way from 2weeks up til 8.5weeks. What I did was I had to stop taking prenatals and switch to flintstones (of course everyone is different so consult your doctor before switching or doing anything differently) with a supplement of folic acid, I used preggie pops like they were candy, I had to do half water half gaterade with every glass I drank (still do), I take half of a tablet of unisom at night, and also take my vitamins and supplements at night with my dinner and drink a glass of that gaterade mixture. Also, all I eat is carbs right now. I can’t stomach the thought of meat or veggies. So with that being said, I try to get protein through Greek yogurt in my smoothies, peanut butter in my toast, and grilled cheese sandwiches. A small amount of anything is better than nothing since you should be having small meals every two hours. Staying hydrated and pushing the protein has been very helpful. Hopefully you find something that works! 
P.S. I rarely have morning sickness now and I’m just over 10weeks so something is working. Haven’t stopped anything to figure out what because I’m terrified to get it back🤣

My doctor put me on b6 and unisome and it works good just the unisome makes you sleepy then he change me to Bonjesta and i take it once at night befitting to sleep and i haven’t threw up at alll
