So I've been having issues with my stomach for a bit now, been having heartburn and nausea, I've been cramping, and gaining weight and my blood pressure is higher but every pregnancy test I've taken is negative, and I had a pelvic exam and my ob/gyn said that everything looks normal, I don't know if she could tell by examining me. My boobs are really veiny and kind of discolored. I'm going to get an iud, so I'll have to have bloodwork since I don't have periods so either way I'll know for certain soon. But I swear I'm pregnant. I know I sound crazy but I just feel like I am I'm not sure why
