Head cold!

I am 7+3 and I am MISERABLE ladies!!! I don’t like the idea of taking any kind of medication during pregnancy but I’m at that point! The pressure in my eyes, head and sinuses are ridiculous rite now! What are some safe home remedies or something that can help with this? Thanks in advance😍❤️❤️❤️
