I want to eat healthy, but everything but junk makes me sick.
I’m 8w2d with baby #2. I was never sick with the first pregnancy and was able to eat healthy and work out all the time.
Now all I want is junk food (think McDonalds hash browns, cookies, and marshmallows). Everything else makes me sick. I haven’t gained weight yet but I know that I’m not getting the nutrients I need from this junk food.
I get mad at myself when I eat crap, but is it better than nothing?
Has anyone else experienced this, and any ideas for how to be better?
