Sore breasts come and go?

Do your breast get sore and then it comes and goes? Im worried they were sore for a while and today they aren't. I'm 5 weeks pregnant.

I have been sore breasts, dizzy , tired, throw up in my mouth once , camping , littlepain in my stomach feels solid like feels full and heavily andBloating back pain I've been getting is stings in my breast my stomach is sore. And I feel full.breast are starting to ache more and more.
I already been pregnant once
My last period was 6 of September and finish on the 10 of September 
Sex on September 11 until 12 of October 
11 of October and 12 of October(2×) no protection 
I am 12 days late and today i had bad heartburn point almost throw up 
I took a pregnant test and it was negative 
But still getting the symptoms
