How often should I test with OPKs?

Hey ladies how often should you test with opks
I done a test yesterday that looked so much darker than this mornings even though I think they were both negative?

Test twice a day. Your levels fluctuate so don’t read too much into these ones. I’ll attach my opks from this cycle below, so you can see how much they fluctuate.. I didn’t ovulate til CD34 (confirmed with opks & temps)

You’re recommended to test twice a day, in order for it to be positive the line has to be as dark or darker than the control line. It looks like you’re getting close
