I would maybe talk to her about it first. Most people would be flattered I think but it doesn't hurt to ask.
My SIL wants to name her little girl the same thing I named my daughter. That's weird to me and I would prefer she didn't. My daughter is only 4 months old so we can't ask her. Who knows she may find it super flattering to have a cousin with her name because her aunt loved the name so much. 🤷‍♀️
