After a year of trying, we decided to relax and wait until the new year to go to the fertility doctor. We were each diagnosed with infertility issues. We did four months of clomid, hcg trigger shots, and IUI. We then moved onto IVF, which our doctor was the most optimistic about because we are young (27) for IVF. We transferred two little embryos. We did blood work two weeks after egg retrieval and found my HCG level was at 70 (about the 50 needed to be pregnant)! We went again two days later, and found out that my level raised 90% above the required 70%. We go in to hear the heartbeat(s) in two weeks. It still doesn't feel real, and I am super nervous and cautiously excited after two years of infertility.
