Ok I know TMI, but suggestions?

I’m having horrible constipation. Did anyone have this issue and end up taking a stool softener? Which one did you use? My dr gave me a list of the ones that are that safe, but I still like there are so many options.

I have been on miralax since before baby #1. Much better to go then not go. Just make sure it’s a good dosing for you so that you aren’t going when you shouldn’t be!

I do colace too but I don’t like taking anything daily if I can avoid it.  I take as needed to help things get moving, then I remind myself to eat better and take my fiber supplements.

Only colace. I’m taking that and some fiber gummies and it’s finally starting to help a little
