How to conceive twins??

Hi does anybody have tried anything for conceiving twins.

So thats not a thing, unless you do IVF. We have recently conceieved twins naturally and since then i have read that SOME factors that can impact that is- it runs in the fam, being in your 30's,  being taller or overweight (not sure why,  but im tall),  and having a history of previous losses. Those are the only ones i remember bc they were the ones that were true for me. But from someone who has had losses, try to think about it as- being to conceive and, carry, and deliver ANY baby is a blessing.  Not everyone gets that

I’ve heard from my dr it’s really a genetic thing. Like if the women on your moms side don’t usually have twins your chance of conceiving them goes wayyyyy down. It doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen but you can’t really choose unless you get them inserted. Which even then it’s like a 25% chance that more than one will stick.
