Yolk sac?

Doctor said my uterus goes straight back and he only did an abdominal ultrasound so this is the only picture I got. He said the shadow in the red is the baby and the shadow in the yellow is the yolk sac.. I know I should listen to him but I was very unimpressed with the way the appointment went. He didn’t do a vaginal ultrasound and did no measurements and had a hard time finding the heartbeat. 8 weeks 6 days based on LMP. Does this look right to y’all? When he moved over it the yolk sac got bigger with different angles.. is it normal to still see the yolk sac at this point?
