emergency workout plan

so I have a military fitness test in three days. I do it 2 or 3 times a year so they can renew my badge. the badges from worst to best are bronze, silver, gold, and excellence. I have gold and am desperately trying to keep that this year, however, I HAVE NOT been working out as much as I should have been and I really need suggestions to get ready for this.

To get an idea, I need to do 25 pushups in a certain amount of time, 70 situps in a certain amount of tims, a 6 minute mile, and 5 pull ups. Any workout tips would be much appreciated💛
