Pain under breast

Hi everyone!

I am experiencing serious pain under my breast line. It’s a burning sensation that gets worse as the day progresses. Has anyone ever experienced this? If so are there any stretches or remedies I can do?! I’m so uncomfortable and the only thing that helps is ice. The heating pad doesn’t do anything. 😩
