Missing periods

Hey friends! Need some advice! I stopped taking the pill in July hoping to start tracking my ovulation so we can start trying for our 2nd child. But since I've stopped the pill, my first period was 21 days late, then I had a "light" 3 day short period, and now my period is 23 days late. Getting frustrated that I can't track my ovulation since I'm not getting my period. Help!
