Anyone who has cared for a newborn and a toddler: What was the most convenient method of getting around--think single or double strollers, carriers, wagons...

I have a 1 year old. Already have a Bob single stroller and a baby carrier. Used an infant car seat that attached to the stroller with the 1-year old. It didn't last that long, but I loved having it because I didn't have to wake him repeatedly for things like running errands or store trips, getting in and out of the car. Have to get a new infant car seat if I go that route. I know from watching multiple friends 2-year olds that they're notorious for getting tired, bored of walking, or even just stubborn on going to the right place when you need it 😅 What worked for you?
