Full name for Posey?

I love the nickname Posey / Posie!!! A beautiful full name for it is Mariposa but I just can’t commit to it. Can anyone think of other full names?

Or use a combination of first and middle name to make Posey, ie: Penelope Rose.
We are making our daughter Harper Rose and I will be using Posey as a nickname. Posey was my top pick for a first name but my husband was worried it wouldn’t age well.
