Cat scratch?

So I got a scratch from a cat at work there is this thing you can get from cat scratches I don’t know what it’s called should I just keep an eye on it or is it more serious than that for bubs ??

You can get Cat Scratch Fever but usually it's with indoor/outdoor cats. I got Cat Scratch a  year and a half ago.They get a baterica under their nails and if it gets into your blood stream then there usually be a red bump by the injury and painful, swollen lymph nodes. It does have an incubation period of 14 days You have to get a heavy dose of antibiotics but it does go away and can even go away on its own. Not sure how it effects pregnancy though. I had none of the usual symptoms only a super rare one that made me lose vision in my right eye due to optic nerve swelling. I got most of my vision back and only have a small spot of gray.

Yup it’s from cats feet being in their litter box which gets feces particles on their nails

It’s actually called cat scratch fever. Sounds made up but can be serious. Rinse or dip the scratch in super hot water. Use antibacterial cream on it. If it doesn’t get infected then there isn’t anything to worry about
