Try the original scent Dove bar soap. We tried this for my husband and it worked pretty well!

I tried drying mine up in sun 😂 mines completely gone these days but I had horrid spots everywhere, I’m not sure if there’s an actual way but you simply grow out of it 
My partner had terrible back acne and acne on his face, still does have a little here and there but mostly gone now 
He was on antibiotics for ages and they didn’t work, said he tried everything
