Period talk. Help me?

I have an irregular cycle, I don't really ovulate and when I do get a period it's touch and go. This one however is killing me. I have brown/red stringy discharge. Back pain, shoulder pain, nausea, headache, fatigue. I've been trying to stay active but honestly it's failing I'm falling asleep everywhere. I take vitamins and I've had my iron and stuff tested and it's all fine. I don't know how much longer I can last.. Its been stopping and starting but doesn't seem like it's going to stop anytime soon... Any one else get periods like this?
