How young was your kids when you took them trick or treating?

My son will be almost 1 and we're just taking him to the mall in a stroller with his cousin who is 3

My two and a half year old hasn’t been yet. This year we’ll take her around town to all the grandparents because that’s the day we’re announcing our pregnancy. We got her a “Super Sister” costume to wear. 
I don’t know when/if we’ll take her trick or treating for real.

My son will be 7 months old and we are dressing him up for memories but he actually isn’t trick or treating but I’m taking my younger sister (she’s 7 years old) and my son will be with us otherwise I don’t know if we would have even dressed him up. Maybe once he is 2-3 years old when he will actually know what it is then that’s when we will let him do actual trick or treating.

Ours turned 2 yesterday and she jas not been yet. My mil insists on going this year.. but living in south Florida,  its still in the high 90s low 100s here. Our daughter gets bright red in the face, if she walks for 10 minutes in the heat, even when its cloudy. Not sure if i want to bother with trick or treating anytime soon.

With my first we took her to a local Halloween/fall festival the day before Halloween in her costume but she wasn’t feeling well the day of Halloween and was young so we didn’t do anything that day. She was 10 months old her first Halloween. But we did take her trick or treating the next year. My youngest was almost 6 months old her first Halloween and we did take her trick or treating because he big sister was almost 4 that year and took her.

We didn’t take her out trick or treating in the neighborhood until she was 3
