What about Tylenol with a glass of coke? Usually excedrine migraine is the ONLY thing that will help my headaches but with being pregnant, can't have aspirin so I've been managing with that combo plus even more water

I found a version of Excedrine that's only Tylenol and Caffine it really helps. Stay away from the one with asprin as it can really harm your baby. Same with ibuprofen, it's also a blood thinner. 
Remember to drink water like your a fish and eat something lite in between meals.

In the UK we are advised to only take a pain killer called paracetamol. No idea why but no one in the USA seems to have it! It's very cheap maybe order some off ebay

Ibuprofen is the only thing that takes my migraine away and the doc knows that. They said it's ok to take only one a day if I can't get rid of my migrain. I try all the home and natural remedies. Nothing works. One ibuprofen and bam it's gone. If anything call your doc and ask. Cuz pregnant women are only aloud tylonol.
