So normal I wouldn’t post stuff like this but I need to know if it’s worth going to the doctor about. I don’t have money to waste if it’s just a common bite. But what does this look like? I got bit the other day and this is the first one.

Then this is the second one I got this morning. Both hurt. But my arm is swollen a little and has a little bit worse pain. Anyway. Can anybody identify these?
