10DPO & ovulating AGAIN!

I ovulated on the 19th July so thought I was in the 2ww & this morning I have seen my bbt start to rise so this morning with FMU I took a hpt & opk and I got a positive opk & negative hpt... 
​Is this normal... I have irregular cycles as I was on the depo for a year. Been TTC for 5 months now :(
