Feels like I did a bunch of sit ups?!?

I woke up this morning from the best sleep I've had in a while and my stomach hurts like I've done a billion sit ups. Any idea what this could be?

Could be round ligament pain. Baby is really going to start growing now and depending on how much you toss during the night it can get a bit strenuous.

Dehydration? Whenever I sleep long and haven't had water in a while I get lots of painful cramps in my legs and calves.. not sure if it's possible for it to impact your belly though
