Body aches?

Question

Anyone elses body just ache? I'm 6 days pp and my baby is cluster feeding so my nipple are shot... I literally dont know what's worse, childbirth or the first few weeks of breastfeeding... so maybe my body just hurts from flinching in pain? Also I dont want to try to pump because of how badly my nipple hurt so how can I avoid my breasts getting too full? I dont want to get mastisis 😱

Try to take time to have a nice warm shower or bath to soothe your aches and try hand expressing while you’re in there, should be enough to relieve the engorgement but not stimulate too much milk production, it gets easier it really does but those first few weeks are killer!
I found if I took a few big deep breathes to relax before I latched baby on then counted to 30 the pain would be gone by then and feeding would be a bit less stressful.
