Help, my nips are on fire!

I'm only 9-10 dpo, took a cheap test which I can't really see anything. But I feel different. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'm having dull pulling feeling in my cervix, my boobs feel more achy than pre-menstrual, my nipples are sensitive and on fire (so much so I've had to put ice packs in my bra), I'm tired, exhausted tired, I want noodles/carbs all the time, absolutely loads of creamy cm, I have had to change my pants twice a day lately. Has anyone else had this at 9-10dpo? I need to know I'm not going mad.
