Anyone else struggling with swelling and puffiness in your face, especially when you wake up? Feeling like the pillsbury dough boy over here 🙄 I’ll take any suggestions if you have them!!

I stopped eating wheat and dairy both can cause bloating. I drink 5 liters of water a day. I also don't eat starches after 3pm but that cause I don't wanna spike my blood sugar levels late at night.

I’m not 100% sure, but from things I’ve read on this app and other pregnancy apps, that could be a sign of preeclampsia. So just be aware and be careful and definitely mention it to your doctor (not trying to freak you out just wanna make sure you know).
