Terrified

Can anyone relate ? I had some red spotting last night and panicked... went to ER. My hcg was over 57000 and while the ultrasound showed a flutter heartbeat it did measure 5 weeks 6 days while I thought I was 6 weeks 5 days. The bleeding has since stopped and I was sent home. I had a blighted ovum in February with our first pregnancy and can’t help but worry with this one as well.

Is it ok that I measured behind...are the heart tones high enough, ugh... just want to feel reassured and the ER doctor was not very warm and fuzzy. Here is the ultrasound picture from last night. Any reassurance 🙏
