Is it from previous miscarriage or new pregnancy?

I had a d&c on 8th September of 8 week pregnancy due to blighted ovum...since 2 days I am dizzy is it pregnancy symptom? Plz help

Test again in two days, if it is darker it could be a new pregnancy.
