First time pregnancy! I’m 4 weeks and 6 days still EXTREMELY early in the pregnancy (the hcg levels have been detectable in pregnancy tests) and the past 2 nights I’ve had some pink spotting. Called the gyn they sent me to have blood work done. On my way home from getting blood work done I feel a rush of blood similar to my menstrual cycle starting. After the burst of blood I’m now spotting red blood, im still waiting for the doctor to call me back but I’m scared that I may be miscarrying. If this has happened or is normal please help
