2 day period

So I came on my period on sun and it was heavy until last night, today there is hardly anything, I’m worried as I don’t think this is normal and I’m usually on for around 4 days. I’ve been on thyroid medication for the last 4 weeks so I don’t know if that’s causing problems but I’m also worried that it could cause problems conceiving. Any advice would be really appreciated
