Proud of my progress thus far🤷🏾♀️
I didn't take body pics or of the scale when I first started. But I'm damn proud of myself. My goal is 160 by Christmas!
I have PCOS and losing 1lb is hard as hell. No, seriously. I've completely cut red meat, low carbs, pasta out of my lifestyle change completely. I don't go to the gym, instead I walk & jog 3-4 times a week around my neighborhood. We have lots of hills so that helps a lot!
I DIDN'T SEE PROGRESS FOR A MONTH, BUT I KEPT BEING CONSISTENT. DON'T GIVE UP LADIES!!
