I got a faint positive on a strip test earlier before work

I was having these weird heat flashes on my face and woke up with really bad diarrhea but I feel constipated?

And have been having trouble catching my breath, just sitting down I feel winded.

I’ll try to edit this later and update with a picture of the faint line, but is it too early to be feeling different? Or must I be getting sick 😰

Has anyone had these symptoms in early pregnancy?
