How to effectively have sex in a bathtub??

One of my girlfriend’s (trans girl) biggest fantasies ever is having sex with me in a bubble bath. 
I posted a question about this yesterday and so many people told me that the condom would rip, we wouldn’t be lubricated, etc. 
But she’s honestly wanted this for years. So my question is, how can we effectively do this? Lol. Like I really want to make it happen for her. Any advice would help

I think you should only have sex with her if you want to. Not to just make her happy. But I mean if your down for it.. go for it. I've had sex in water before, but have never with a condom on..  so I cant give much advice. But it was still pleasurable.

You wouldn’t be lubricated, the bath water would counteract with your natural lube. I mean, you could still do it but it might hurt. Plus you might get the bath water sloshing in and out of you... I don’t know if that would do anything specifically but the thought doesn’t appeal...
