Positive OPK after temp rise?? This is so confusing
So I’ve been temping for about a year now. I know that all my pre o temps are under 36 and then I know when I o as it goes abound 36...
I was testing with OPKs 3 times a day for the last few days and all negative THEN woke up this morning and my temp was 36.10 and THEN at 10 am positive OPK. What on Earth is going on....???
No windows or fan open/ not I’ll/ same bed covers/ same pjs - nothing is new.
I’m so confused!!
