33 weeks lost mucus plug and uterus has dropped.

I lost my mucus plug over the last two days, had false labour with contractions a minute apart and baby is head down and my uterus has dropped. My previous pregnancy I delivered at 34 weeks 6 days because my water broke but I had to be induced. Is labour imminent? I don’t know what’s going on with my body I’m so frustrated and anxious. I’ve had steroid shots for the baby’s lungs two weeks ago and the same day they did a scan and said the baby was over four pounds. I’m scared something is going to go wrong. Similar stories?
