Omfg. Does no one understand how these work? Why are there so many votes for yes when it’s clearly not positive yet. 
The test line (where the arrow points) should be AS DARK if not DARKER than the control line. Unless they match or the test line is darker, then no. It’s not positive.

Also. Use pink dyes. Those blue dye tests look like crap and are stupid hard to read.
