HELP!!

I been ttc for over a year finally i decided to get a HSG to find out my left tube is blocked.. I really am so sad and dont know what to do next.. doctor mention IUI OR IVF.. is there any natural/home remedies to help me get my tube unblocked.. or has any one got a BFP without any help just by trying naturally.. I never had a problem getting pregnant i have three already but i am newly married and we want a baby.. PLEASE HELP.. i pray i could get pregnant on my own.. 😞🙏🏽
