First ultrasound

I had my first ultrasound today and I saw our peanut's strong heartbeat! But the dr only measured her at 6 weeks 1 day to maybe 4 days so he is a little concerned she is behind and we know when I ovulated. I should be 7 weeks, 1 day today. Anyone had this experience and everything turned out ok?
