Miscarriage Recovery

Alexandria

I had a miscarriage about 13 weeks into my 2nd pregnancy. This was 2 days ago. The doctors said the baby had stopped growing somewhere around 10 weeks. They said being it was so early into the pregnancy it wasnt anything I had done but a "chromosomal anomaly"..its hard to not put the guilt on yourself or to remember you arent pregnant anymore...When I remember that my baby is gone I have this phantom pain and I need to put pressure from a pillow or a bandage to make my mind not hurt so much... I just want to be able to make this feeling like I'm legitimately missing something inside of me.. it brings feeling empty to a whole new level where it's not just loneliness it's like breathing with one lung or pumping your blood with half of your heart.. I just thought I would share this feeling for any other woman out there who might feel the same way.
