How often does your menstrual cup leak?

So I'm walking home up a hill, suddenly I feel something not quite right. Like really bad. So I either just peed myself, or my menstrual cup is way over full. Now I'm just walking very slowly and carefully, congratulating myself for wearing black pants. 😅
 I have to change my cup every two to four hours for the first four days of my flow. What is everyone else like?

Mine only leaks if I don’t position it correctly. I can leave mine in for 10-12 hours on my heavy days.

Yeah that sounds like your cup isn’t in right/sealing. I’ve never had a leak when it’s in right and I go 12 hours

It last all through the day on like the last few days, but not even close to that at the beginning
