So I posted on here about having to do a c section yesterday and I was nervous and scared. I am glad I did. What took the longest was the pre op. Within maybe 15 mins he was out. No complications. He was born 8lbs 6 oz and sitting really really high. The Dr confirmed I absolutely made the best decision for both baby and I.

UPDATE:

Not to scare anyone but I want to let you know what happened last night into this morning. So around 6 or 7 last night I stated getting a headache. It was only when I stood up or sat up. Laying flattish was okay. Then this morning it was 100% worse. I told my nurse something needs done. I was dizzy and afraid to hold my beautiful son. I wound up with a spinal headache. They then had to do what's called a blood patch which was so painful on top of the headache. I had to lay flat for 2 hours and after that the headache was basically gone. We are now waiting on him to go pee so we can go home.

We went home last night. He is our light
