Is it do-able? I was on the mirena 2/2016-7/2017 and it was very bad for my body. I was ttc from 7/2017-now. We decided that we need to get some things together before building our family. Finishing school, promotion coming up, buying a house, new car, these things are all within the next 1-3 years and we really rather put starting our family on hold. But ever since I removed my mirena, I’ve had irregular cycles and ttc was tough so I feel like making sure I DONT get pregnant will be pretty stressful. Has anyone used family planning to prevent? What birth control have you guys used and would recommend?
