Which suppliment would you pick?

Question

Simply based on ingredients, what do you think is the best choice to aid fertility?  They both have great reviews on Amazon and are similar in price.

I would be hesitant to take either. Sometimes chasteberry (vitex) can make ladies with regular cycles irregular. If there isn't anything obviously wrong, aside from the fact that you aren't pregnant yet, don't fix it. Ya know? 
The white one has melatonin which can cause delays in ovulation. My RE specifically mentioned that I should avoid melatonin. I had been taking it to help me sleep at night. Oops. So yeah maybe don't do that one. He said he recommended it for IVF cycles since there is some research to suggest melatonin could improve quality. Obviously ovulation being inhibited isn't a problem for an IVF cycle so you get the potential benefits without the drawbacks.
